01 · Who this app is for

AXK Stride is a tool for professional transport drivers. It is intended only for adults aged 18 and over who are professional drivers provisioned by AXK, and it connects to our backend at https://app.axk.org. It is not directed at, designed for, or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us at rovifyinc@gmail.com and we will delete the associated data.

02 · Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the app and let you run delivery trips.

Account and identity information. Your name, email address (your login identifier), and phone number, as set up on your driver account, plus an optional profile photo if you choose to add one. We use this to identify you, manage your account, and let you sign in.

Precise location (during trips). When you have a trip in progress, the app collects your precise GPS location and sends periodic position updates to our backend. This can happen in the background while a trip is running, so tracking continues even when the app is not in the foreground.

• Your live location is shared with the business parties on that shipment — the exporter and the buyer — for live trip and estimated-time-of-arrival (ETA) tracking. This is the core purpose of the app.
• Location is collected only while a trip is in progress. We do not track your location when you are not running a trip.
• We do not sell your location, and we do not share it with advertising or analytics companies.

Proof-of-delivery photos. The app uses your device camera and photo library so you can capture or attach proof-of-delivery photos. These photos are uploaded and attached to the relevant shipment record as private attachments. The camera is also used to scan shipment QR codes; scanning a QR code does not by itself store or upload a photo.

In-app messages. The app includes a messaging inbox between you and AXK operations staff. Messages you send are transmitted to and stored on our backend. This is closed, business-only messaging — it is not a public or social network.

Push notification token.If you grant notification permission, the app registers your device's push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, Apple Push Notification service on iOS) with our backend so we can deliver dispatch and trip notifications to your device. This token is removed when you delete your account.

App activity. We record trip actions and in-app interactions (for example, accepting, starting, and completing trips) as part of normal app functionality.

03 · Information we do not collect

• Payment / financial account information. The app may display a payout-method screen (mobile money or bank details). Any details you enter there are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The app does not move money.
• Crash logs, diagnostics, or performance data. The app does not collect crash or diagnostics data. (Error-reporting software is included in the build but is disabled and does not run.)
• Advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising, no ad SDKs, and does not collect any advertising data.
• We do not collect your contacts, calendar, SMS or call logs, browsing history, health data, or audio.

04 · How information is used

We use the information above to:

• create and manage your driver account and let you sign in;
• run delivery trips and share your live location and ETA with the exporter and buyer for the shipment you are running;
• record and store proof of delivery;
• enable messaging with AXK operations;
• deliver push notifications about dispatch and trips.

05 · How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Live trip location and ETA are shared with the exporter and buyer associated with the shipment you are running, for tracking purposes.
• Push tokens are processed by Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) solely to deliver notifications to your device.
• Map display and Android location services are provided through Google Play Services / Google Maps, which power the in-app map.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or for advertising purposes.

Third-party services we use. Google Play Services / Google Maps power map display and Android location. Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service handle delivery of push notifications. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

06 · Data security

All communication between the app and our backend (https://app.axk.org) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Your session credentials are stored securely on your device. Proof-of-delivery photos are stored as private attachments on the shipment record.

07 · Data retention

We retain your account information and associated records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, your account data is removed as described below.

08 · Your choices and how to delete your account

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app:

• Go to Settings / Account → Delete account.
• Review the warning describing what will be removed (your profile, your records and activity, and your access to the app).
• Type DELETE to confirm.
• Confirm. The app submits a deletion request to our backend, removes your device's push token, signs you out, and clears your stored credentials on the device.

09 · Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at the policy URL, https://axk.org/legal/stride/privacy/.
