01 · In the app
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly inside AXK Stride. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Confirming submits a deletion request to our backend, removes your device's push notification token, signs you out, and clears the credentials stored on the device. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
02 · If you no longer have the app
If you have already removed the app and can no longer reach the in-app control, email us at rovifyinc@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or naming that address), with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
03 · What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- your profile — name, email, phone number, and any optional profile photo;
- your driver account and sign-in credentials;
- your trip actions and in-app activity records;
- the proof-of-delivery photos you uploaded;
- in-app messages between you and AXK operations;
- your device push notification token.
Note: payout-method details (mobile money or bank details) were only ever stored on your device and never on the server, so there is nothing server-side to delete there.
04 · What we may retain
When you delete your account we remove your account data. We keep only what the law independently requires us to keep — there is no app-specific retention of driver records beyond that. Anything we do retain for a legal obligation is held no longer than that obligation requires.
