01 · In the app
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from inside the app. Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This requests deletion of your account from the backend and removes your device's push notification token. Deletion is permanent.
02 · If you no longer have the app
If you have already removed the app or cannot access it, email rovifyinc@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", naming the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account within 30 days.
03 · What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following AXK Shield data is removed:
- Your profile — name, email, phone (where provided), optional profile photo, and beneficiary details.
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your device push notification token.
AXK Shield collects no location or GPS data, so there is nothing location-related to delete.
04 · What we may retain
When you delete your account we delete your account data except that insurance claim and financial records — policy details, claim and payout amounts, claim reasons, incident details, and claim evidence photos — may be retained for a longer period where required for legal, regulatory, or insurance record-keeping reasons.
Where these records must be kept, they are retained for the period required by applicable insurance and financial record-keeping law.
