01 · Demo mode

AXK Grow includes a self-contained demo mode that uses sample data and requires no login. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored when you use the demo. Everything below applies only when you sign in and use a real account.

02 · Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account and identity information. Your name, email address (used as your login), and password. A phone number may be provided and stored on your profile. If your account is associated with a region or cooperative, that association may also be stored.
• Precise location (GPS). With your permission and only while the app is in use (foreground), we use your device location to geo-tag your farm plots and to record a walked plot-boundary outline (polygon) for your plots. We do not access your location in the background.
• Photos. Photos you capture with the camera or select from your library to document harvests and plots are uploaded to our backend as part of your records.
• Farm and harvest records. The farm plots, harvest entries, and related records you create in the app.
• Device push token. The native push notification token issued by Google (FCM) or Apple (APNs) for your device, so we can send you notifications.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect bank account, card, or other payment-instrument details, and the app does not move money. Any finance-eligibility score or payment summary shown in the app is read-only information sent from our backend. We do not collect audio recordings, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, browsing history, or health data. The app contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Note: the app also bundles an optional crash-reporting component (Sentry), but it is disabled in all published builds (no reporting endpoint is configured), so no crash, diagnostic, or device-identifier data is sent through it.

03 · Why we use this information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the core service: recording farm plots and harvests, and geo-tagging plots.
• For traceability and regulatory due-diligence purposes, including the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) Due Diligence Statement, for which plot location and boundary data are required.
• To send you operational notifications.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or independent analytics.

04 · How information is shared

Your data is processed by Rovify Inc. and the AXK Network backend as the operator and processor of the service. The only third parties involved are infrastructure providers that the app relies on to function:

• Google Play Services / Google Maps — to render maps and provide location services on Android.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM, Android) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs, iOS) — to deliver push notifications.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us. Plot location and traceability data may be made available to supply-chain counterparties and regulators where required to support a due-diligence statement for produce you record, consistent with the AXK Network program you are enrolled in.

05 · Data security

All communication between the app and our backend uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Push tokens are transmitted over the platform providers' secured channels. Session credentials are stored on your device.

06 · Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app via in-app account deletion (Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm by typing DELETE). This requests server-side deletion of your account, removes your device's push token, and signs you out.

You may also contact us at rovifyinc@gmail.com to request deletion or ask questions about your data. We delete or anonymize personal data upon account deletion, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal or regulatory (e.g. traceability) obligations.

07 · Children

AXK Grow is a professional tool intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

08 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
