01 · In the app

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside AXK Grow. Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Confirming submits a server-side deletion of your account, removes your device's push notification token, and signs you out. This action is permanent.

02 · If you no longer have the app

If you have already uninstalled AXK Grow or cannot sign in, email us at rovifyinc@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account, naming the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of the request.

03 · What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any region or cooperative association.
• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• The farm plots, geo-tagged plot locations, and walked boundary polygons you created.
• Your harvest entries and related records.
• The photos you captured or uploaded.
• Your device push notification token.

04 · What we may retain

We delete or anonymize your personal data upon account deletion, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal or regulatory obligations. Specifically, we may retain traceability and EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) due-diligence records tied to produce you recorded, where retaining those records is necessary to support a due-diligence statement and to meet the traceability and regulatory obligations of the AXK Network program.
