01 · In the app

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within AXK Field:

• Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

This marks your account for deletion on the AXK platform, removes your device push notification token, and disables further access. The action is permanent.

02 · If you no longer have the app

If you have already uninstalled AXK Field, email rovifyinc@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account, naming the email address on your account. We will permanently delete your account within 30 days.

03 · What gets deleted (your agent account)

Deleting your agent account removes:

• your profile — name, email, phone number (if provided), and your optional profile photo;
• your agent account and sign-in access;
• your device push notification token;
• your precise (foreground) location captured while using location features.

04 · What we may retain

Deleting your agent account does not delete the enrolled-farmer and cooperative records you submitted. That includes their names, phone numbers, optional national ID numbers, gender, location / address, scanned identity, land-title and enrollment documents, farm plot geometry, harvests, and photos.

Those records belong to the AXK platform and to the people they describe, and AXK is the data controller for them. They are retained and managed by AXK for traceability and EUDR due-diligence purposes, and as required by applicable law.

If you are an enrolled farmer or cooperative (a data subject) and you want your own data accessed, corrected, or deleted, email rovifyinc@gmail.com and we will action your request in accordance with applicable law.
